Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our team in either our Salt Lake or Lehi, Utah office.

This is a full-time, hybrid position (must comply with firm in-office policy). The salary is commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will report directly to the firm’s paralegal manager.

The Corporate Paralegal will assist with entity formation and management, state and SEC filings, signature packets and DocuSign management, lien and litigation searches, manage data rooms, closing documents/binders, tax filings, assist with closings, create initial drafts of deal documents (utilize Deal Closer), assist with creating standard document formatting for the department; assist with Utah Registered Agent project.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 4-year degree or paralegal certificate
  • 5+ years of corporate experience in a law firm setting (education cannot be substituted).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team.
