Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) is pleased to announce that attorney Alexandra Hodson has returned to Parsons as an associate. Hodson focuses her practice in all forms of intellectual property, from trade secrets to patents. She represents a range of clients from start-ups to multinational corporations and works with foreign counsel across the world to execute portfolio strategies.

Hodson says, “I’m thrilled to be back with the incredible intellectual property team at Parsons. It really feels like coming home, and I’m excited for what we’ll accomplish together.”

In addition to practicing at Parsons, Hodson practiced at Holland & Hart and served as a law clerk to Justice Horton (retired) and Justice Moeller of the Idaho Supreme Court. Hodson is also dedicated to helping grow new generations of intellectual property attorneys and devotes her time as an adjunct professor for the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic at the University of Idaho College of Law, where she lectures on intellectual property law and prosecutes trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of the program's clients.

Parsons’ intellectual property practice team chairperson Dana M. Herberholz says, “We could not be more pleased to have Alex back with us at Parsons. She is an extremely valued member of our intellectual property practice team and one of our up-and-coming attorneys. We look forward to working with her for years to come and appreciate the added value she provides to Parsons’ intellectual property clients.”
