She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Boise State University.

An active participant in Boise’s legal and business communities, Escalante serves on the board of directors of Idaho Women Lawyers and the board of advisors of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. She was a member of the board of directors of Jannus, Inc. from 2023 to 2025.

As a senior associate at Parsons, Escalante is a valued mentor to both summer associates and more junior associates, counseling with them on client legal matters, communication with firm shareholders and general advice on maintaining a work-life balance.

“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized as one of IBR’s 2026 Women of the Year, alongside many other esteemed recipients who make a meaningful impact in Idaho’s communities. I'm pleased to be recognized for my efforts and look forward to continuing to serve the Boise legal and business communities,” says Escalante.
