Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) participated in ACG Utah’s 2026 DealSchool Event on April 29 and 30 in downtown Salt Lake City.

It offers a view into the complete lifecycle of middle-market transactions and is designed for professionals in the private equity; mergers and acquisitions; banking and corporate finance; business development and acquisitions; and legal and accounting industries.
