Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) participated in ACG Utah’s 2026 DealSchool Event on April 29 and 30 in downtown Salt Lake City.

Attorneys Hunter Johnson and Adam Ott, members of the firm’s corporate department, participated as speakers at the event.

ACG’s DealSchool is a program connecting emerging professionals with the region's leading dealmakers. It offers a view into the complete lifecycle of middle-market transactions and is designed for professionals in the private equity; mergers and acquisitions; banking and corporate finance; business development and acquisitions; and legal and accounting industries.

Parsons is a longstanding supporter of ACG Utah, contributing to the support and growth of business in Utah. Firm attorneys and business development staff regularly participate in ACG Utah presentations and events.

“Parsons attorney Hunter Johnson contributed many hours to the development of Salt Lake’s first ACG DealSchool. The event was a success and provided a clear view of the deal journey, helping participants understand how each stage connects and builds on the next. The event brought clarity to the deal ecosystem and offered meaningful insight into the deal process, including how multiple providers come together to shape the overall experience,” said Angela Van Wagoner, business development manager at Parsons.
