Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) employment law attorneys Christina Jepson, Mike Judd, Paul Smith, Mark Tolman and Elena Vetter were presenters at the SHRM Bridgerland Chapter Annual Conference on May 14.
The full-day annual conference, designed to provide employment law trends and updates to SHRM professionals in Northern Utah, took place at the Bridgerland Technical College Health Science Building in Logan, Utah.
In their session titled “2026 Employment Law Update,” Parsons speakers addressed topics including employees and social media for public and private employers, employee investigations, DE&I, the Americans with Disabilities Act and non-competes agreements.
