Rosander has been honored with the 2025 Distinguished Real Property Practitioner of the Year Award by the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar. This prestigious award recognizes attorneys who exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and excellence in the practice of real estate law in Utah.
“I am honored to be named the Distinguished Real Property Practitioner of the Year from the Real Property Section of the Utah State Bar,” Rosander says. “It is a testament to the incredible support and mentorship that I have received from my colleagues and leadership at Parsons Behle & Latimer. I am fortunate to have represented a great group of clients and worked with great people over the years.”
Rosander focuses his practice on complex real estate and corporate transactions, with a primary emphasis on resort, shopping center, retail and community development projects; land-use approvals and entitlements; office leasing; and headquarter relocations. He has extensive experience in transactions involving mixed-use developments, industrial warehouses, apartment complexes, condominiums and urban redevelopment projects.

Throughout his career, Rosander has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Utah’s top “Forty under 40” by Utah Business magazine in 2016 and receiving the Young Alumnus of the Year award from the S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2015. He has also been repeatedly recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” and selected by his peers as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” and among the “Utah Legal Elite.” He has also been ranked by Chambers USA for the past three years in real estate law.
In addition to his legal practice, Rosander has contributed significantly to the legal and civic communities, serving as past president of the Young Alumni Association and a member of the Board of Trustees for the S.J. Quinney College of Law as well as serving as an adjunct professor in the Master of Real Estate Development program. He has also served in leadership positions with the Urban Land Institute (Utah Chapter) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (Mountain States Chapter).
