00Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) is pleased to have contributed to academic scholarship programs during the past few years that have helped students succeed in their law school careers. The first cohort of the Achievement Fellowships Program (pictured) graduated from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School on April 25, 2024. Parsons was a founding sponsor of this program, which awards full-tuition scholarships and provides access to mentorship activities to students who have attended law school in the face of significant challenges or hardships. We congratulate these seven students on their accomplishments and wish them all of the very best in their legal pursuits.

Similarly, at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Parsons is a proud foundational supporter of the Arc to Justice Program. The Arc to Justice Program provides full tuition scholarships (Arc Fellowships) to high-achieving law students who have overcome significant obstacles in their lives, such as socioeconomic disadvantage, disability, being the first in their family to attend college, attending under-resourced schools or other major hardships or challenges.

Shawn Ferrin, CEO of Parsons, said: “The Achievement Fellows Program at the J. Reuben Clark Law School and the Arc to Justice Program at the S. J. Quinney College of Law are helping to provide equal access to justice in creative and important ways. As a founding sponsor of these Programs, we are excited to see these Fellows develop into outstanding lawyers and enjoy the long term benefits they bring to our communities.”
