Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons,) a preeminent law firm in the Intermountain Region, continues its expansion in Montana to better serve clients. The latest addition to the firm in the Missoula office is Jesse C. Kodadek, who joins the firm as of counsel and as a member of Parsons’ litigation practice team.
Kodadek is an experienced litigator in both trial and appellate courts. His practice focuses on real estate-related litigation, commercial litigation and complex insurance issues. Kodadek is a recognized authority on public roads, easement and access laws in Montana. He also represents clients in insurance disputes, including complex coverage issues.
Kodadek says, “So much of what I do involves real property or small businesses, which means that my clients are often dealing with issues that are far more important to them than money. I take that very seriously and am proud of helping my clients protect places and ideas that are unique and irreplaceable. Of course, sometimes it is just about money, and that’s fine too. Regardless of what the fight is about, my job is to help clients figure out the best way to solve their problems, even if that sometimes means walking away because they are better off focusing on things that are ultimately more important to them or their business. To me, this is a critically important part of litigation, and it always will be. And it is why I say that I spend 100% of my time in litigation or avoiding it.”
