Parsons Behle & Latimer (Parsons) is pleased to announce that attorney Jeffrey R. Kuchel has joined the firm's Missoula office as a new shareholder. Kuchel brings a developed record of success in commercial and property litigation, focusing primarily on real property disputes, including title, easement and access issues.

“Parsons is a full-service firm with a deep bench of experienced attorneys. I’m excited to be part of the team and work with some of the best legal minds around,” says Kuchel.

Before joining Parsons, Kuchel was a partner at Crowley Fleck PLLP, where he focused on a diverse range of legal areas. His practice encompassed real estate, access, title and property disputes, commercial litigation, contracts and appellate work.

At Parsons, Kuchel will continue to focus his practice on real estate matters, appellate law, and commercial litigation where he will represent a broad range of clients. His comprehensive experience in these areas will enhance the firm's service offerings to clients in Missoula, across Montana and beyond.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jeff to our team," said Ross P. Keogh, office managing shareholder of the Missoula office. "His extensive legal experience and commitment to client service align perfectly with our firm's values. Jeff's addition will undoubtedly strengthen our ability to serve our clients' diverse legal needs."

Following his admission to the Montana Bar in 2013, Kuchel expanded his practice across multiple jurisdictions, including North Dakota, Wyoming and Arizona. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Montana; the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Kuchel earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 2013. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University, obtained in 2009.
