Parsons Behle & Latimer has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Coordinator in our Helena, Montana office. The ideal candidate must be extremely detail oriented. This is an in-office position, and the hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. The hourly rate is commensurate with experience and/or education.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Answering phones and greeting clients
  • Managing conference rooms and calendars
  • General hospitality duties, including ordering lunches, stocking the breakroom and ordering office supplies
  • Processing mail and packages
  • Traveling to various locations in town when needed
  • Completing bank deposits
  • Communicating with legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys
  • Keeping the office and front walk safe for guests, especially in the winter
  • Being the central hub for the office and take on special projects as requested
  • Various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years general office experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to be proactive with the needs of the office
