Jamie is a shareholder in Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Banking & Finance practice. Jamie represents regional and national banks as well as private lenders and commercial borrowers in the negotiation, documentation and due diligence necessary for commercial financing transactions. Jamie also assists non-profit and community development lenders in connection with affordability projects and Community Reinvestment Act credit facilities. Jamie’s practice also includes assisting clients with various corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance.
Jamie obtained her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she graduated first in her class. During law school Jamie was a member of the Idaho Law Review where she served as the chief managing editor. Jamie also worked as a taxation research assistant, and was involved in editing and preparing multiple taxation textbooks and study manuals for publication. Following graduation, Jamie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger S. Burdick, former Chief Justice of the Idaho Supreme Court.
Jamie is currently an adjunct professor at Boise State University, teaching The Legal Environment of Business.
