Mitch is an associate attorney and a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s litigation practice group. He applies his legal and public service experience to deliver practical solutions for clients in various litigation matters.

Biography

Mitch earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating summa cum laude. During law school, he was an editor for the Idaho Law Review; worked as a teaching assistant in legal research and writing; and was a research assistant for two professors. He also externed for Justice Stegner at the Idaho Supreme Court and Judge Brailsford at the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.

Before law school, Mitch earned his degree in political science from Boise State University and later gained extensive experience managing elections in Ada County, Idaho. While away from work, Mitch enjoys spending time with his family and cooking new recipes.
