Litigation Case Manager

Parsons Behle & Latimer has an immediate opening for a Litigation Case Manager to assist with managing litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer. This is a J.D. preferred position or very experienced paralegal for the management of foreclosure litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer.

 Job duties include reviewing and approving pleadings, managing litigation timelines, developing case strategy, and working with outside counsel to resolve matters. Residential mortgage loan servicing, debt collection, bankruptcy, or general litigation experience a plus, although not required.
