This is a J.D. preferred position or very experienced litigation paralegal with at least 7+ years of experience for the management of foreclosure litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer.

Job duties include reviewing and approving pleadings, managing litigation timelines, developing case strategy, and working with outside counsel to resolve matters. Residential mortgage loan servicing, debt collection, bankruptcy, or general litigation experience is a plus although it is not required.
