Biography

Rob Ahlander is of counsel in the firm’s corporate department in the Salt Lake City office. He advises clients on a wide range of business and corporate matters, including general outside counsel needs, investment fund formation, corporate law (corporations, partnerships and LLCs), mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Rob represents a broad spectrum of clients—from investment fund sponsors, small-to-medium businesses and middle-market companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a partner at a large international law firm where he advised investment fund sponsors on the structuring, formation, regulatory compliance and operations of private equity funds and their management companies.
